Guidelines of Conference Abstracts

• Please use our template for abstract submission. 

• The abstracts should be submitted in English.

Abstract Submission 

• Abstract Submission Deadline (Closed): 23:59 CST (UTC+8) on January 31, 2023.

• Acceptance Notification will be sent on March 10, 2023.

• The abstract in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) should only be submitted online. 

• Authors will receive an email confirming the receipt of your submission by 6th BDI&E 2023 Secretariat.

• Abstracts not accepted as Oral abstracts will only be considered as Posters if the presenter has submitted for ORAL or POSTER.

* To make sure the confirmation email gets delivered to your inbox, please add the 6th BDI&E 2023 Secretariat (Email: 6thbdie@gmail.com) to your contact list. If you do not find the confirmation email from the 6th BDI&E 2023 Secretariat a day after submission, please check your spam folder.

Oral Guidelines 

• The official language is English.

• The duration of each oral presentation is 12 minutes + 3 minutes of Q&A.

• Please save your presentation file on a USB and arrive in the session room 15 minutes before your session

  starts. The staff will help you to keep your file.

• All students who are giving an oral presentation are automatically entered into the student oral

  competition.

Poster Guidelines 

• The official language is English.

• The printed poster should be in A0 format (vertical, 841mm (W) x 1189mm (H)).

• All students who are presenting in the poster session will automatically be entered into the student 

  poster competition.
